Maurizio provides assistance to Italian and foreign Companies in all issues concerning the management of employees, as well as in litigation before ordinary and superior courts.
He has a solid experience in agency and agency contracts, having advocated over the years leading companies in the course of litigation arising in the matter.
A graduate of the Federico II University of Naples Magna cum Laude, he holds an LL.M. from the UC Berkeley School of Law and one from the University of London International Programs. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
He has considerable professional experience in large Italian and international firms, as well as in specialized employment law boutiques .

He has gained solid experience in the following fields:

• the establishment of the employment relationship, with regard to the most appropriate types and patterns of contracts;
• relationship management (working hours, compensation mechanisms and policies, transfers, job identification and changes, health and safety, controls and exercise of disciplinary power);
• extraordinary operations (company transfers) and implementation of mobility procedures, layoffs, redundancy incentive plans etc;
• assistance in union negotiations, strike and conflict management counseling, union procedures and information, drafting of collective agreements;
• outsourcings (procurement, supply contracts etc.);
• dismissals, settlement agreements, non-competition agreements;
• advising on the agency relationship (entering into the contract, managing the relationship with the agent and the Pension Board, organizing and implementing sales networks etc.).
• He has well-established experience in employment law litigation and in litigation involving the agency relationship.
